In a previous post, I discussed tips such as meditation or going for a walk when you’re stressed or feeling overwhelmed, but in this video I discuss some things to help when you’re at the height of your anxiousness or rage. It’s a bit of a talk through and perspective change to help slow down some of the negative momentum.
The goal is not to stop feeling these emotions because when you suppress one emotion, you suppress all emotions which include your ability to also feel hope and happiness.
This video will help you with awareness, acceptance, and a sort off “power down” on some of the charge these negative emotions have on our mental and physical state. Again, it is not about not feeling what you feel.
