The weight, I know.
What I’m trying to say is that I know you have the information and the knowledge to lose the weight. You have tried different things in the past. What I share won’t be a diet or exercise routing so you might not think it will work for you, but you won’t know until you try.
These tips will reprogram your mind and reset your body.
Give it a try! Take one day to treat yourself so kindly and gently, and notice how it feels, notice what you changed in your routine, notice the self talk in your head. Do it because it feels good, but I promise you’ll see results in your body.
Loving yourself is what you’re meant to do. Your body will soak it in and respond accordingly.
