Frequency over strategy

After years away — marked by a divorce, a season of deep inner work, and a deliberate step back from the noise of online spaces — I’m returning. Not with a content calendar or a polished strategy, but with something I believe matters far more right now: truth.

And if that feels a little messy? Good. That’s exactly the point.

The World Is Being Shaken — And That’s Not an Accident

Something is shifting. You can feel it. The world right now feels like chaos on a slow boil — uncertain, unstable, and strangely electric. Institutions we once trusted feel hollow. People we once looked up to are revealing cracks. The sources of “truth” we relied on — news, credentials, authority — are being questioned at every turn.

I believe what’s happening is not random. I believe we are in the middle of a collective unmasking.

Those who have been doing the inner work — consciously taking off their own masks, sitting with discomfort, choosing truth over comfort — are finding themselves feeling strangely grounded even as everything shakes. And those who haven’t? The masks are beginning to fall anyway. That’s what this moment is demanding of all of us.

From the Information Age to the Resonance Age

We’ve lived through ages defined by what we valued most: the Bronze Age, the Iron Age, the Information Age. And I sense — deeply, intuitively — that we are stepping into something new.

I’m calling it the Resonance Age.

In the Information Age, knowledge was the ultimate currency. We paid for education, expertise, credentials. We trusted the person with the most letters after their name. And that made sense — for a time.

But now? We’re learning that information alone doesn’t tell us what’s true. It doesn’t tell us who’s safe. It doesn’t tell us what’s actually good for us.

Resonance does.

Resonance is that felt sense — the yes that hums in your chest or the no that tightens your gut. It’s what happens when you’re in a room with someone and you just know whether they’re operating from truth or from performance. It’s the knowing that doesn’t require a study or a certificate to validate it.

We’re being asked to come home to our own knowing.

The Integrity Question Nobody Wants to Ask

Here’s something I’ve been sitting with: there are a lot of people offering solutions right now who haven’t done the work themselves.

I say this not to judge, but because I care. I work primarily with healers, coaches, therapists — the people who hold space for other people — and I am genuinely concerned. Some of the loudest voices offering guidance right now are operating from unexamined wounds, unacknowledged shadows, and a level of unconsciousness that they themselves may not even be aware of.

And here’s the nuance: if it’s unconscious, is it lack of integrity? Maybe not in the traditional sense. But we can feel it. We can tell when something is off, even if we can’t name it. Even if the person can’t name it themselves.

This is exactly why the Resonance Age matters. We are being called to trust that feeling. To stop outsourcing our discernment to credentials and follower counts.

Not All Medicine Tastes Good

This is where it gets subtle — and important.

There’s a difference between:

  • This doesn’t feel good, but it’s actually good for me.
  • This looks appealing, but something feels deeply off.

Understanding that difference is everything right now.

We’ve been sold what I’d call “fast food love” — comfort, ease, validation, the quick hit of feeling seen without being challenged to grow. And like fast food, it’s easy to mistake it for nourishment because it’s familiar and satisfying in the moment.

But real nourishment sometimes looks like a vegetable you haven’t tried before. Sometimes it comes in the form of a person who triggers you, challenges you, or holds up a mirror you weren’t ready to look into. That discomfort isn’t a sign to run. Sometimes it’s the exact medicine you need.

On the flip side — there are coaches, gurus, and online voices who will tell you that if it’s hard, it’s good. That hustle culture and early mornings and pushing through is the path. That is still fast food, just dressed up as kale.

True medicine meets you where you are. It empowers you rather than creating dependency. It reminds you that you already hold the answers.

Why I’m Back — And What I’m Here to Do

I went offline because I was afraid of becoming one of the people I’m describing above. I’d invested in an expensive coaching program filled with high-pressure sales tactics and disempowering frameworks. When I came out the other side, I looked at my own work and thought: I don’t want to do that to people.

So I stepped back. I let myself fall apart a little. I went through a divorce. I rebuilt from the inside out.

And now I’m back — not with a five-step framework or a weekly content schedule, but with a commitment to one thing: showing up as I actually am.

My frequency is authenticity. Not polished, not perfectly structured. Just real.

I’ll share what’s happening in my life and in the lives of people around me (with full confidentiality, always). I’ll explore the nuance of what it means to navigate the world right now — when to trust, when to question, how to tell the difference between medicine and poison, between love that challenges and love that diminishes.

There’s no pretty bow on this. No listicle for how to navigate the Resonance Age. Just honest, ongoing conversation — messy and true.

What I Want to Leave You With

Wherever you are right now, whatever season you’re in — you’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re not lost.

You are exactly where you need to be.

The world is shaking because it needs to. And we need each other — not in a codependent, disempowering way, but in the deeply human way of knowing that we are stronger when we are honest with each other.

That’s what I’m here for.

I’ll see you in the next one.
